Brutal!!! 2023 Bio-Bio this wine spends time undergroundBold, experimental red wine from Christian Tschida, made predominantly from Pinot Noir with a touch of Blaufrnkisch for added complexity. Sourced from the top tier Eisner vineyard in Burgenland, this wine is fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in large Stockinger barrels. The result is a light, fresh red with vibrant acidity, ripe red fruit aromas, and subtle earthy undertones.
